The Early Universal Machine Cancellations: Quebec

According to the Auditor General's report, a Universal Type II was rented from October 1, 1916 for Quebec. Apparently, this was used at Station B.

The dater hub is about 22mm in diameter, and its right side is about 10mm from the start of the obliterator.
