The Early Universal Machine Cancellations: Belleville

According to the Report of the Auditor General, the rental of the Belleville Universal began January 1, 1915. This replaced an International machine and continued until replaced by the new contract on July 1, 1919.

The dater hub is about 22mm in diameter, and its right side is about 8-9mm from the start of the obliterator. Some variations in the shape of the lines of the obliterator seem to exist.
